the word bittersweet tends to lean more towards the bitter side. there's only so much negatives a person can take that even the most optimistic person will begin to unravel. i for one thinks that there's so much horrible influence out there that whether you realize it or not, it'll eat you alive. violently speaking, the smallest words can be the most blunt which can all lead to the most ridiculous arguement. the word awkward on the other hand can have multiple meaning. it can either be:
a) your afraid to tell someone your feelings
b) you DID tell your feelings and the outcome is unspeakable
c) someone else knows about your feelings and can spill any second
d) all of the above.
in that case, you'll have permission from anyone to say that your miserable at best or screwed, for short.
